The Belly Up Aspen's Age Policy

Belly Up, Aspen is an All Ages club; however on occasion and where we deem appropriate, there will be an age limit of 18+ or 21+ and this will be noted on our site. All must provide a valid photo ID for entry. Those under the age of 16 must be with a parent or guardian. We have a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and illegal substances. If you are caught drinking underage or with a fake ID, you will not be allowed back in the club until you are 21 or perform 10 hours of approved community service. If you provide alcohol to a minor, you will not be allowed back in the club.
