I have opened at least 30 shows or more over the last 14 years I have known Dave… have written songs with him, sang on many of his recordings, ( I am all over his new CD “26 letters & 12 notes” released Oct. 2008 ) and am the only person I know of that has a CD ( “Off like a prom dress”) produced by him. I most recently opened the show, and joined him on a tour of mexico we did last October, then all the California dates he had in Nov and Dec 2008. I also sing bk-ups on his live on XM radio album.

Michael Bolton, Robert Cray, Stevie Nicks, Joan Osborne, Stephen Stills, Bo Diddley, The Temptations, Robben Ford, Don Henley, Sheryl Crow, John Denver, John Oates, as well as some newer artists such as Brett Dennen, Colbie Calliat, and Jonathan McEuen…. I was Born in Norman Oaklahoma, but all my relatives are from Texas. I moved to Boulder, then Aspen Colorado as soon as I possibly could! I moved to California in 1998 to sing and write with Dave Mason, and be with other musicians who encouraged me to move closer to Los Angeles for studio work. I did commercials with Jeffrey Skunk Baxter (Steely Dan, Doobie Brothers) and released an independent Cd called “Pink Lipstick” that he played on. Many of the songs were inspired under Aspen’s starlight, and co-writen with David Holster… a9n Aspen songwriter famous for his songs recorded by John Denver and the Nitty Gritty Dirt band)I currently live in Ojai, Ca. and continue recording and singing with Dave Mason, Johnathan McEuen (son of John McEuen from the Dirt band) and Teddy Jack Russell (son of Leon Russell.) I have a new CD comming out in the fall produced by Gary Miller (David Bowie) and Mikal Blue (Colbie Cailliat)
