Children’s Health Foundation is thrilled to announce our 3rd annual benefit and culinary adventure “Greenalicious” featuring a VIP party with delectable dishes prepared by award-winning chefs, and an electrifying live performance by celebrated comedian Bill Maher. This exclusive evening is the most coveted ticket in Aspen during the 27th annual Food & Wine Classic weekend. Guests, who include an A-list of international social and corporate leaders, philanthropists, and celebrity guests, will enjoy succulent cocktails and fine wines paired with culinary creations from the country’s top chefs.

Chef Rick Moonen of rm seafood, Las Vegas makes his second appearance at “Greenalicious” this year. Moonen is an acclaimed chef and restaurateur renowned for his sophisticated culinary skills.

Chef Tyler Anderson of The Copper Beech Inn, Connecticut, is a James Beard rising star chef. His restaurant was recently named one of the “Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America” by USA Today.

Chef Brian Moscatello of the Star Restaurant Group oversees some of the nation’s top dining establishments. He has received many accolades, including an award from Food & Wine as one of the “Top 10 Best New Chefs in America.”

Chef Chris Keating of Aspen’s 118-year-old landmark Hotel Jerome is Executive Chef and Culinary Director. His experience has led him from the New York restaurant Lespinasse to the acclaimed eating establishments of Aspen.
